Nature Photography
Join us for one of our nature photography workshops. We offer beginning through advanced level nature photography and you do not need a fancy camera to join us. While a great camera is nice to have, it’s not critical for great shots. After all it’s not the brush that creates the masterpiece, but rather the artist holding the brush. We will guide you in how to think about composition, lighting considerations, and lead you through activities that will help you to understand how various camera settings affect the photo. Most importantly, we will practice techniques for photographing a variety of animals. Some will cooperate and remain quire still, while others will attempt to evade us before we can even focus. There are many challenges in nature photography that are not inherent in traditional studio photography and to be quite honest, it’s common to shoot hundreds of pictures to get a handful of epic shots. Nature photography is a journey of lifetime learning and our workshops are designed to share the experience of discovery with friends. Good day! Do you know if they make any plugins to safeguard against hackers?
I’m kinda paranoid about losing everything I’ve worked hard on.

There are no silver bullet plugins that will safeguard against hackers. If it is your photography you are concerned about, there are ways to safegaurd your work, the easiest is to make sure you are regularly backing up your work and doing so in different locations. For example, purchase not one but TWO cloud storage accounts and back up your photography to each. Some services offer redundancy for storage accounts eliminating the need for multiple accounts with different providers. There are plugins available for photographers to protect images with a watermark, password, subscription, etc.. If you are the administrator of your photography web site, spending time researching plugins and the company that develops them will help you decide which plugin is the best fit. Personally, I tend to lean toward developers that update the plugin frequently and I read the reviews (good AND bad) before making a decision to try the plugin. I suspect you already know to back up your web site before trying a plugin, but I feel compelled to suggest doing so. If you find a plugin that you really like (or hate) please share your thoughts so the rest of our community can benefit from your experience.
